About us
At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly and always learn and reiterate to support merchants, Dashers and the communities we serve. We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods. DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. Our leaders seek the truth and welcome big, hairy, audacious questions. We are grounded in our company values, and we make intentional decisions that are both logical and display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to Merchants to Customers.

As people search in more natural, conversational ways, it gets harder to know whether the results are actually good. At DoorDash, we built an AI-powered system to evaluate search quality faster and more consistently than manual review. That means clearer feedback, faster improvements, and better search experiences for customers. https://lnkd.in/edP9fbfK

Today, we launched "Deliver Us To Fútbol," our first global campaign bringing DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt together on an international stage for the first time to celebrate the passion, anticipation, and rituals that define the world's match. Once every four years, the FIFA World Cup stops the world, and when it does, we're there to keep everything else moving. The film is a love letter to the obsession — built for every fan, in every market. And consider this just our opening goal, with much more to come to help fans celebrate. DoorDash built an AI code reviewer that helps engineers catch issues earlier and focus their time where it matters most. The team designed it to earn trust, not create noise: fewer comments, more useful feedback, and real behavior change before code ships. Today’s restaurant guest is moving across more channels than ever — discovering new spots, ordering delivery, booking reservations, dining in, and coming back to the places they love. DoorDash and SevenRooms’ 2026 Restaurant Industry Trends Report looks at how those moments are connected. One clear signal: 64% of consumers say they would prefer one app for managing delivery, pickup, and reservations. And many guests are already moving between experiences, with 74% saying a dine-in visit led them to later order delivery from that same restaurant. For restaurants, every interaction is a chance to build a stronger relationship and give guests a reason to return. Business owners are the first to arrive, the last to leave. It's tough work that is made tougher by outdated regulations and red tape that can turn a simple permit into a months-long ordeal. As part of our Unlocking Main Street initiative, we're meeting with merchants across the country to give direct mentorship on DoorDash tools, tactics, and best practices. We're rolling up our sleeves alongside entrepreneurs to help them get back to doing what they do best: running their business. Thank you to Mayor Arunan Arulampalam, the MetroHartford Alliance, and some of Hartford, Connecticut's best small businesses for their partnership in kicking off our Local Business Workshops. Together, we're unlocking the best of our local Main Streets
