A few of our takeaways from the conversation: - Since coding represents only 15–20% of a developer's day, the highest ROI comes from applying AI beyond the IDE to documentation, security, and product discovery. - With token costs for some engineers already hitting 25% of their salary, orgs are treating AI spend like infrastructure by forecasting, budgeting and building it into resource planning before it scales further. - As the codebase context problem arrives, leaders are investing in living documentation and repository context to counter growing MR sizes and shrinking review depth.
