Nearly 74% of U.S. adults meet criteria for being overweight or obese — yet few receive evidence-based weight management care. The MinuteClinic® weight-loss program is designed to help close that gap through clinically supervised, accessible support focused on long-term health. What that looks like in practice: 🩺 Personalized medical evaluation with ongoing provider support 🥗 Lifestyle coaching and nutrition guidance 💊 Prescriptions for FDA-approved weight-loss medications, including GLP-1s, when clinically appropriate Delivered through convenient in-person and virtual visits, the program reflects how community-based, clinically led care can drive meaningful outcomes beyond a single prescription. 👉 Learn more: https://cvs.co/4djqSrf Where do clinically supervised programs have the greatest opportunity to shift outcomes in the care journey?

Some leaders make an impact through the work. Some make an impact by helping others see their own confidence more clearly. Meet Amanda Boyle, MHA, PMP, Training Director, who supports our Oak Street Health Informatics team by leading with connection, compassion, and the belief that progress often starts with a simple moment of trust. A mentoring conversation she encouraged — just taking time to connect — shifted a colleague’s entire project. And a moment watching her daughters reminded her what it looks like to step forward without shrinking. Her reminder for women balancing so much: “Let support in. You don’t have to carry it alone.” Leaders like Amanda strengthen our teams and the care we deliver. Who’s a leader who helped you grow in a meaningful way?

On Friday at Audi Field, CVS Health joined leaders from the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), the Washington Spirit, Alex Morgan and the Navy Yard BID to highlight how sport strengthens community health. ⚽✨ As an Official Health and Wellness Partner of U.S. Soccer and the NWSL, we’re announcing Garfield Park Bridge Spot in Washington, D.C. as the first multi‑use field we’ll refurbish as part of our partnership. 🥅 We’re also a founding member of the NWSL Health Advisory Council, advancing our commitment to women’s health by supporting research, dialogue and resources centered on women athletes. 💗 Access to safe places to play supports physical health, mental wellbeing and community connection. Together, we’re investing in spaces that help families and neighborhoods thrive — starting with the fields where it all begins. Read more: https://cvs.co/4sjUwkE

What if data science could help someone keep their lights on? For Omar Soliman, Lead Data Scientist at CVS Health, that’s the work. Through his Pharmacoequity initiative, Omar and his team identify members in high-need communities and connect them with care and resources — improving medication adherence and helping support real-world stability. Omar moved from Aswan, Egypt to the U.S. in 2016 and found a place where he could build, innovate, and contribute. Today, he also teaches future health data scientists as an adjunct professor. Meet Omar and tell us one way data could change how we deliver care? ➡️ https://cvs.co/3P72hvt #TeamCVS #DataScience #HealthEquity #HealthcareInnovation
