To every student, educator and family across our county, thank you for showing up, working hard and continuing to push outcomes forward so we can keep building a brighter future together. From first steps to first jobs, every milestone in a student’s educational journey matters, and this school year, you all played a pivotal role in helping our kids reach them. Congratulations on completing another school year!

Every student. Every opportunity.
About us
We unite schools, higher ed institutions, policymakers, businesses, and nonprofits to create systemic changes in our educational system so that we can break the cycle of economic inequity in Dallas County and across Texas. Together, we cultivate a collaborative educational ecosystem with school systems, higher education institutions, city, county, and state governments, foundations, non-profits, employers and workforce agencies. Our true north goal is that by 2040 at least half of all 25-34-year-old residents of Dallas County, irrespective of race, will be provided the opportunity to earn a living wage.

Last month, 200+ educators, college leaders, and partners gathered in Houston for the Texas Pathways & Data Proof Points Convening, an initiative of the Texas Impact Network supported by the Gates Foundation. Across four regions, 19 districts, and 9 colleges, over 240 attendees shared what's working, what's not, and what it takes to build pathways where every student graduates with a clear plan for what's next. Five Dallas County districts — Dallas, DeSoto, Garland, Grand Prairie, and Mesquite — are at the center of this work.
