Cole Schotz is pleased to have secured a victory in the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of Blue Violets LLC, preserving its right to open and operate a micro cannabis dispensary in Hoboken. In a unanimous decision, the Court dismissed an appeal seeking to overturn the firm’s 2024 landmark land use win, leaving prior rulings intact.
