Your CFO sees the AI bill. Your engineers see AI usage. Neither can quantify the business outcomes those dollars produced. Join our product leaders Kaitlin Woo, Kevin Lamb, and Thomas Evans on June 18 at 11:00 AM ET for our launch webinar: Every AI dollar. Every Outcome. Connected. Meet the new CloudZero. Moderated by David Aponovich. You'll learn: 🔸 What the financial control plane is, and how it connects AI usage to outcome attribution, so every AI dollar maps to the customer, feature, or transaction it supported  🔸 Why cloud cost tools can't keep up: AI cost is shared, variable, and gross-margin-determining in ways those tools were never built for  🔸 What leading AI-first companies are doing differently to manage AI as a strategic investment Save your spot: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/egtsE99F CloudZero, The AI ROI Company. #AICostOptimization #AIROI #AIEngineering #AISpend

Two big announcements from #CloudZero today. Justin Moore is committing as our permanent CEO. And we're officially The AI ROI Company — new website, new messaging, live now. Both matter. Together they signal something: this is a company that knows exactly where it's going. The question every leadership team is asking right now isn't just "how do I control cloud spend." It's "can I actually prove my AI investment is returning value?" Cost per outcome. Token-level spend by feature. Whether a workflow earns its keep before it ships. Most companies can't answer that yet. For CS, this sharpens everything. Getting a customer from "we believe AI is working" to "here's the proof" doesn't happen in a dashboard alone. It takes expertise alongside the platform — the right plays, delivered by the right people, in the right conversations. That's the motion we're building. Demonstrable ROI. The scorecard hasn't changed. The category just got a lot more interesting. Read more from our CEO: https://lnkd.in/eZvruzAa #CloudZero #CustomerSuccess #AIROI

CloudZero is the AI ROI Company and we're launching the financial control plane, the layer that finally connects every AI dollar to the outcome it produced. It's a gap almost every company has right now. Your provider bill shows total AI spend, but not what it costs to serve a specific customer, ship a specific feature, or whether any of it is actually paying off. CloudZero closes that gap in real time, while the spend is still happening. Allocate, attribute, and optimize AI spend. A shared view that finance and engineering can plan from. 40% of companies spend $10M+ a year on AI. Most have no idea if it's worth it. AI bills arrive by API key, often days late, with no link to the customer, feature, or developer behind them. So no one can tie AI spend to what the business shipped We shipped three things today to fix that: 1. Real-time AI Spend: Capture every AI dollar at the source, on the engineer's machine or at the gateway. 2. AI Hub: Ask cost questions in plain English through our Claude Code plugin and 12 other coding agents. 3. A rebuilt UI: 28-61% faster pages, dark mode, shipped at ~4x the velocity of the codebase it replaced. Under the hood, it's the same allocation engine that handles 14 trillion billing events a year for our customers. AI is just the latest dimension. Companies that know what it costs to ship a feature with AI will compound their bets. The rest will keep guessing. Link in the comments. #AI #AIROI #FinancialControlPlane

The world will spend $2.6 trillion on AI this year. Only 14% of CFOs can measure the return. AI bills show what you're consuming, not what you're producing. Every board is asking whether their AI investment is paying off. None can answer for sure. Today, that changes. The financial control plane for AI is here. The technology isn't new. We spent ten years building the allocation engine that gives hundreds of enterprise customers a clear view of their cloud economics. We process 14 trillion billing events a year. What's new is connecting it to AI. It took three months of the most concentrated work I've seen in my career to bring it to market. The goal isn't to spend less on AI. It's to put more behind what works. Welcome to the AI ROI Company. Welcome to the new CloudZero. Justin makes the case → https://lnkd.in/dTP68-_D #AIROI #FinancialControlPlane #CFO

Even OpenAI can't predict what AI costs. Companies are scaling AI faster than they can measure it. More tokens, more agents, more model calls, more spend moving through systems finance cannot see. And only 14% of CFOs can prove what any of it is returning. Every board is asking the same question: What is this AI investment producing? The hard part is that AI spend does not behave like software spend. The bill tells you what you spent, not what it produced. The same task can cost ten times more from one run to the next. Agents burn real money in minutes through retries, tool use, and workflow loops, and the bills arrive weeks later, disconnected from the work that created them. That is a margin problem, a pricing problem, a forecasting problem, and a capital allocation problem all at once. At CloudZero, we spent years building the allocation engine behind cloud economics for hundreds of enterprises, processing 14 trillion billing events in the last year alone. That foundation matters now because AI turned allocation into a real-time operating problem. So we built a control plane, not a dashboard. It connects AI spend to the outcome it produced and feeds that context into pricing, product investment, model routing, and budget decisions. The goal is not to spend less on AI. It is to put more behind what works. Welcome to the AI ROI Company. Welcome to the new CloudZero. The full thinking is below. https://lnkd.in/dnrH3n5Q #AIROI #FinancialControlPlane #CFO

CloudZero continues to ship new features and enhancements at a fast pace. We want to keep you up to date on our velocity and how we’re adding customer value. Today’s feature: Trends Toggle in CloudZero Explorer Cost Table. What it is: CloudZero Explorer now includes a trends toggle that lets users hide Cost of Change and Percent of Change columns for faster table load at scale. Sometimes you don't need the full picture — you just need the numbers, fast! What it means: A new trends toggle in the Explorer cost table controls whether Cost of Change and Percent of Change columns are shown. Trend data is enabled by default. When users turn the toggle off, those columns are removed from the table and CloudZero skips the trend computation entirely. For large datasets or long lookbacks where you just need raw cost data fast, this can cut Explorer load times significantly.
