I had the pleasure of joining Safety Week on one of CleanSpace newest life science projects. Today there are over 100 tradesmen onsite as CleanSpace executes a 300,000+ square foot pharmaceutical manufacturing facility from an empty shell. At peak, this project will exceed 700 personnel working toward a common goal: bringing online a facility that produces critical medicines and therapies to market safely, efficiently, and at scale. What makes projects like this successful is not just manpower. It is ownership, coordination, accountability, and culture. Through CleanSpace and Allied Construction Management Services we control the process from design and engineering through manufacturing, field execution, and delivery. That integration creates better communication, tighter coordination, higher quality, safer jobsites, and ultimately a better outcome for our clients.
