Last week I had the pleasure of spending time with our partners at Center for Creative Leadership and it was a powerful reminder of what true partnership looks like. They don’t just deliver programs. They genuinely care about making our colleagues and leaders better. That level of commitment is rare. I also brought three members of my team with me. As leaders, it’s not enough for us to understand the value of strong external partnerships. We have to expose our teams to it so they see firsthand what support, expertise, and collaboration can look like beyond their immediate environment. One of the most important things we can do is equip our teams with the right resources and relationships to be successful. Growth doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we broaden perspectives, learn from others, and embrace the full ecosystem around us. Grateful for partners who challenge us, support us, and help us raise the bar. Thank you, Amysue Kashubara, and team. Who are the partners that have made a meaningful impact on your organization or leadership journey?

Today, we graduated from Center for Creative Leadership Maximizing your Leadership Potential program! Wow! 🌟 All I can say is that it was a full circle moment for me. Such an eye opening experience that any leader that is inspiring to grow, needs to invest in themselves with this program. I’m so blessed and grateful for this experience! Thank you CCL for such an impactful and surprising experience!! Thank you to Stephanie Trovas and Lynn B. Miller, Ed.D. for guiding us thru this leadership experience! Your expertise shined thru and we were blessed to have you be our presenters. Thank you, again!! 💗 Shoutout to the incredible Executive Coach, Aleksei Groshenko, who helped me to unlock barriers I had placed on myself. If you need an executive coach, please check him out. Wow!! His knowledge alone is priceless! Thank you, Aleksei!! Looking forward to our next meetings soon. 💗 Our class was diverse and it was wonderful to meet so many people from different walks of life. Even more special was to meet a local and fellow herMANA, Patricia Fernández, Ed.D. (neé Espinoza)! Such a small world! 💗💖🥳 Let’s go change the world!! 🙌🏼🥳 Patricia Fernández, Ed.D.
