What a week. The Catalyst Campus EXPO brought together an incredible mix of leaders, innovators, and mission-driven teams right here in Colorado Springs—and it delivered in every way we hoped. From senior defense leadership to emerging tech founders, the conversations happening across campus weren’t just interesting—they were meaningful. The kind that spark real partnerships, new ideas, and forward momentum. We had the opportunity to hear from impactful voices like Chief Simmons, engage with cutting-edge companies through the Data Innovation Lab, and showcase the progress of our AFRL Accelerator teams as they continue to push boundaries in aerospace, defense, and advanced technology. What stood out most wasn’t just the programming—it was the people. The willingness to collaborate. The openness to share. The focus on solving real problems together.
