    Is anyone NOT using NotebookLM yet? 🤯 I spent the long weekend feeding my sales notes, product feedback, and 2026 roadmap into it. I asked it to generate a podcast on our direction for the year, and I’m still blown away by the result. The takeaway was clear: Enterprise AI is moving past the "Chatbot" phase. In 2026, the market is tired of AI that can talk but can’t actually act.     ✈️ Next stop: Minnesota to take the stage at the #GOVIT #Leadership #Summit. I'm looking forward to syncing with other leaders and discussing a topic that's on everyone's mind. The government shutdown impacts us all. The trickle-down effect is real, hitting Federal, SLED, and Enterprise sectors alike. But, similar to the pandemic's impact, residents still need the government's support. Delays in healthcare, travel, unemployment insurance, and childcare have serious consequences. This is where AI can help right now. Today, AI can help ensure resident support inquiries are handled 24/7. While it might not solve all things out of the box, the technology's capabilities have advanced light-years in just the last two years. In partnership with Google, TTEC Digital, and Carahsoft, Botcopy's mission—both at this summit and for years to come—is to make sure AI drives real impact, ensuring support is there when you need it.
