We are excited to welcome Alim Somani as Chief Executive Officer of Egen. Alim is a builder who turns emerging ideas and market opportunities into outcomes, bringing out the best in people to solve customer problems, deliver results, and scale impact across organizations. He co-founded Infusion and scaled it into a global digital business before its exit to Avanade, the Accenture and Microsoft joint venture, where he led North America sales. He then built Hatch’s digital practice, applying AI and engineering models to improve yield, energy use, and asset reliability across complex industrial systems. This is an important moment for Egen and the market we serve. Enterprise AI is moving from experimentation to execution. The opportunity is in delivering measurable impact at scale. Egen is well positioned for this next phase, with strong customer relationships, deep data and AI expertise, and a close strategic alignment with Google Cloud. We also want to thank Saleem Janmohamed for his leadership over the past three years. He helped build a strong foundation for Egen’s next chapter.
