Art’s Way Scientific, Inc. exists to rapidly build the world’s scientific capacity. Academic research institutions, Department of Public Health Laboratories, government agencies, diagnostic and private research laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies use our buildings in the search to find cures for the world’s diseases, improve the world population's quality of life, and protect people from naturally occurring and intentional public health threats. Our team designs, manufactures, delivers, and installs custom research facilities generally in less than six months, as compared to years often required for conventional design/build projects. Modular buildings are constructed in controlled plant conditions, not subject to weather-related construction delays. Our manufacturing plants have stringent QA/QC programs and are inspected by third-party inspectors according to state building codes. Built to be transported from the factory to the site and lifted into place with special handling equipment, modular buildings are generally built stronger than conventional construction. The building sections show up on the site ready for installation, minimizing site disruption, traffic, and eliminating most of the construction hazards. Most designs can be adapted to fit modular build sections. Many are designed for relocation and refurbishment after their initial use.
