At the Association for Talent Development (ATD) 2026 International Conference in Los Angeles, PICO is teaming up with VR Expert, Roundtable Learning and ArborXR for a series of conversations and demos on the future of enterprise XR in workforce training. For training teams, enterprise XR is a practical way to help employees rehearse complex scenarios, build skills through repetition, and gain confidence in a controlled environment before the stakes are real. From onboarding and technical simulation to soft-skills practice and compliance training, immersive learning is moving from pilot projects to everyday training infrastructure. On May 18, we're opening a limited number of private demo sessions for L&D and HR leaders evaluating XR for onboarding, technical training, or skills development. Each session is built around your team's use case, not a generic showcase. Attending ATD26? Apply for a private session here: https://lnkd.in/eGPBNTGN 📍 Los Angeles 📅 May 18 See you there! #PICOXR #ATD26 #EnterpriseXR #ImmersiveLearning

  • Missed our webinar with VR Vision, PICO XR, and Enel Green Power? The XR Beat has you covered. Matthew Hall (ArborXR), Dax Leepart (PICO XR), Lorne Fade (VR Vision), and Brian Stice, MS BPMP (Enel) covered what it really takes to move VR training from pilot to program. The article recaps the part most teams underestimate: what happens after your budget is approved. A few things that stood out: 1️⃣ Manual headset management breaks fast. What works for 5 devices falls apart at 50. Having an MDM solution in place from day one gives you the control and analytics to scale without the chaos. 2️⃣ Headsets need to be treated like any other enterprise technology. Policies, updates, security, access control, and support aren't afterthoughts. They keep a program running. 3️⃣ The pilot structure matters. Start with one use case, one site, and a measurable baseline. High-consequence, frequently repeated tasks give you the strongest case for expanding. 4️⃣ The "boring" problems decide whether VR training scales. Who owns the devices? Can they run offline? Does training data reach the LMS? Those questions don't come up in the demo, but they determine whether the program survives contact with the real world. We're excited to welcome Faustine Foliard to ArborXR as our new Director of Demand Generation. Enterprise XR is growing up. The teams building programs on our platform are more sophisticated, the deployments are bigger, and the questions they're asking are harder. More organizations are trying to figure out how to scale what's working, and how to find ArborXR in the first place. That's where Faustine comes in. She spent 12 years in B2B SaaS marketing, most recently as Director of Demand Gen at Flare, a cybersecurity company that grew from 10 to 200 people during her tenure. She joined as the first marketing hire, three technical founders, no function, no playbook, and built the whole thing from scratch. Market education programs, influencer partnerships, data-driven paid search, AI workflows. Marketing drove 75% of pipeline at a company that punched well above its weight as a brand. But what stood out to us went beyond her experience. It was who Faustine is. Forward thinking, team-oriented, scrappy when she needs to be, and not afraid to question the status quo. Originally from France, now based in Montreal, she's a mom to one kid and one rescue pup. And anyone who does a cross-country road trip in a camper van is our kind of people. We already know she'll fit in great here. Big things are coming. Glad to have her for it. Welcome to the team, Faustine!

  • We're named ArborXR for a reason. 🌳 Trees are quiet operators. They don't shout. They grow. They start small, take root, and one day they're 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. Shade. Stability. Systems that support everything around them. That's always been the idea. Not flashy. Foundational. Helping teams plant, grow, and scale XR programs that 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁. So in honor of Arbor Day last week, our team planted trees. Felt fitting. 💚🌱

  • The XR industry has a new question. 🔥 𝘐𝘵 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦: "𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘟𝘙 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬?"  At the Immerse Global Summit this week, nobody was asking that. They were asking how to scale it. Our team spent their time on the floor with enterprise teams and XR builders. The same four questions kept coming up: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁? 👉 Prove it's working. ArborXR Insights connects device health, content usage, and training outcomes in one dashboard. When you can show leadership a line from deployment to results, the pilot becomes a program. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗫𝗥 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀? 👉 The ArborXR directory. Look for the Insights badge. Those partners are already integrated to send analytics straight to your dashboard. Less setup, faster results. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀? 👉 Most MDMs stop at device health. ArborXR Insights doesn't. See whether your headsets are online AND whether the training running on them is actually working. Same view, same dashboard. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗫𝗥 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲? 👉 Content, LMS integrations, security, SSO, and headset deployments. All in one place. Every conversation came back to the same realization: the "how" of XR is no longer the blocker. The teams that move fast are the ones with the right infrastructure underneath. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and connected with us. More events on the horizon and we hope to see you there. 👀
