We're excited to welcome Faustine Foliard to ArborXR as our new Director of Demand Generation. Enterprise XR is growing up. The teams building programs on our platform are more sophisticated, the deployments are bigger, and the questions they're asking are harder. More organizations are trying to figure out how to scale what's working, and how to find ArborXR in the first place. That's where Faustine comes in. She spent 12 years in B2B SaaS marketing, most recently as Director of Demand Gen at Flare, a cybersecurity company that grew from 10 to 200 people during her tenure. She joined as the first marketing hire, three technical founders, no function, no playbook, and built the whole thing from scratch. Market education programs, influencer partnerships, data-driven paid search, AI workflows. Marketing drove 75% of pipeline at a company that punched well above its weight as a brand. But what stood out to us went beyond her experience. It was who Faustine is. Forward thinking, team-oriented, scrappy when she needs to be, and not afraid to question the status quo. Originally from France, now based in Montreal, she's a mom to one kid and one rescue pup. And anyone who does a cross-country road trip in a camper van is our kind of people. We already know she'll fit in great here. Big things are coming. Glad to have her for it. Welcome to the team, Faustine!
