What a great day at #AmazonAccelerate. I had the privilege of taking the stage to talk about a customer I think about a lot: the business buyer. Over 11 million organizations shop on Amazon Business, from corner stores and dentist offices to hospital systems, airlines, and Fortune 100 companies. And seller partners like the ones at Accelerate are at the heart of that experience. Business buyers have their own needs. They buy in bulk, purchase at higher volumes, and return 50% less. Many look for certified products from small businesses, woman-owned and veteran-owned organizations, and sustainably minded sources. Amazon Business Deals, which we announced today, gives sellers a way to create offers just for business buyers, including volume pricing for the customers who buy the most. The conversations in the room made it clear that sellers want to show up for business customers in a bigger way, and we want to help them do that. Safety brought us together. The conversations will keep us moving forward. We were proud to connect with health and safety professionals at the National Safety Council Safety Congress & Expo and explore how smarter business purchasing can support safer workplaces. From PPE to compliance supplies, Amazon Business helps organizations simplify access to the products teams rely on every day. With tools like Amazon Business Restock, teams stay stocked and ready without the operational overhead. Our broader partnership with the National Safety Council also supports research and technology focused on advancing workplace safety. Thank you to everyone who connected with us. #NSCExpo

Hospitality moves fast. Procurement guardrails need to keep pace. As AI takes on a greater role in business buying, thoughtful oversight can help hotel operators turn complexity into clarity. Rochelle Seguss shares how agentic AI can work across legacy systems and give procurement teams greater visibility while keeping people at the center of key decisions. Read her Q&A with Hospitality Technology Magazine:
I recently spoke with Hospitality Technology Magazine about how Amazon Business is leveraging AI to reshape business buying and why the smartest implementations still keep humans firmly in the loop. Hospitality is complex: seasonal demand, multi-property operations, strict compliance. AI can drive real efficiency here, but autonomy without oversight isn't innovation, it's risk. The future will be intelligently autonomous. Read the full Q&A: https://lnkd.in/ePvF53Yc

At Amazon Business, we're focused on helping customers find ways to save money and make smarter buying decisions for organizations of all sizes. Reaching $60 billion in annualized gross sales isn't just a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team, it's a reflection of the trust that more than 11 million organizations worldwide place in Amazon Business every day. I recently joined Craig Fuller and Julie Van de Kamp on an episode of the FreightWaves TODAY to talk about what we're building. It was a great reminder of how much we've accomplished and how much opportunity remains to invest in the selection, technology, and delivery solutions that help organizations simplify purchasing and scale with confidence.
