  • Eight executive leaders joined us this morning for our CEO roundtable, a small-group event we host to create space for connections and candid conversations amongst business leaders. A few themes stood out from today's discussion: ▪ Decision-making at scale requires trust. The most effective leaders aren’t responsible for making all business decisions. They are surrounding themselves with capable teams who are empowered to make their own determinations, creating more agile organizations. ▪ AI is no longer a conversation for the future. It’s here, and successful adoption isn’t just dependent upon the technology. Success is measured in data readiness, integration, and creating a culture that keeps teams engaged and productive. ▪ Transparency with boards and investors is non-negotiable. Proactive, consistent communication builds credibility and gives leaders the time and alignment needed to navigate challenges. The overarching takeaway is that the competitive edge belongs to organizations that empower their people, communicate with intention, and embrace agility.
