Uma coisa que acho útil, além de realizar reuniões mais frequentes sobre o tema, promovendo o debate sobre as principais dúvidas, é fazê-lo de forma individualizada, para que todos estejam na mesma página. Além disso, eleger um membro da equipe como sendo o responsável por apoiar os colegas também funciona positivamente. Gera confiança e reconhecimento. E isso pode ser feito com todos os membros da equipe em assuntos diferentes. E o principal, realizar acompanhamento contínuo.

Communication is key and should be trained. A management tool for example ClickUp, Asana, Monday etc, keeps everything documented, so even if issues arise, you can pick up where you left off. This also need workshops and activities to strengthen communication skills to the team.

it is known that communication is KEY. One does not need to be in constant communication nor do they have to have a line which is always open for support. However, being able to CHECK IN, express concerns / ideas / outlooks is ALWAYS a good idea. In order to do this, a team should have designated times where EVERYONE meets to "open up" and bring potential new ideas / concerns to the horizon. Having these scheduled times will avoid OVERWHELMING each other, and losing thoughts with PASSING ideas. COMMUNICATE
