If a vendor misses a dead line ,and disturbs your business it is a fault of Business owner.....reasons as below: 1. Review mechanism not in place. 2. Regular intraction with Vendors missing. 3. Poor communication channel with with vendors and all brake holders 4. Alternate supplier decision at right time. All reasons mentioned above are regular day to day operations. If anything happens because of circumstances beyond any one control ,immediately refer to internal task force committee.
