Managing workload while maintaining high standards in academia is indeed a delicate balance. I find that time management is key — breaking tasks into manageable chunks, prioritizing based on urgency and impact, and setting clear, achievable goals helps ensure that I remain focused on quality. Delegating where possible and collaborating with colleagues also lightens the load and brings fresh perspectives.
