While grooming, I tend to validate with the team first the stories planned. These are shared with them in advance so they can make questions ahead of the Grooming session and those can be clarified, so we expedite and also cover more aspects if possible when the time comes. Also, when refined, the Devs create the FE and BE tickets to be work or assigned in the next sprints, which are estimated later on, to improve this process, those are also shared in a review channel for them to review and identify if we have pieces missing or non-identified blockers and dependencies,

Sure, all of this is valid and makes sense to my mind which has many sprints to refer to for context. But out of context, this likely doesn't make much sense. Why not avoid so much of the theory and instead provide analogies or examples from similar spaces to provide a better understanding?

This is all valid and workable. But it's a bit tough to read on the phone as a wall of text. Further, the first sentence is mostly fluff. We already know they're distinct, that's what the header is saying. I also think it could benefit from some context such as, how the results or deliverables of each compare.

These are 2 different things, while sprint planning is an event or session when we work with the team to identify or validate the work to be add in the sprint starting that day, grooming is a session (not necessarily lonely 1) that happens before that, the grooming is the previous step to understand those requirements and if those are the right ones based on the priorities to focus on the next sprints, and actually in which sprint, I mean, I tend to have 2 or 3 sprints planned ahead, so not necessarily all the work on an single feature will make it into the same sprint, considering dependencies and blockers.
