Scheduling face to face meetings or video calls with vendors, honest and open discussion with suppliers and vendors will help in salvaging any issues and problems. Trust is a relationship of both parties, it's not about winning, take advantage, or someone to be penalised for. Do not use supplier agreement or deal as weapon, but rather use it as last resort!

Joint rootcauses analyze, focus on mutual goals to identify rootcauses collaborately Revise service-level agreement, document everything to re-establish clear expectations. Shate data & forecast, update regularly and use collaboration tools to re-build trust through transparency. Start small to re-build confidence through pilot-project & celebrate quick wins. Offer volume commitment, partnership extension to creat long term incentives. Monitor progress jointly, adapt changes and be flexible to monitor dynamicly. Find dual sourcing, escalate protocols to prepare contingencies. If trust can't be restored still, exit gradually and preserve reputation.
