Few things that can be introduced different fro traditional training methodologies to create engagements are: 1) Interactive activities- Polls, Breakout discussions, quizzes, Hands on exercises can be tried. 2)Gamification- Introduction of real time leaderboards, adding points to each activities, creation of badges and reward points can motivate more participation. 3)Using Technology: Addition of Videos, Interactive applications, AI enabled tools can be used. 4)Real world relevance: Using real world examples, case studies, practical scenarios related to participants work can add more engagement. 5)Feedback: Consistent check on the pulse of participants will provide us an opportunity to modify the delivery and approach.
