What a public evaluation gets you
- A published product page. Your SoundScore, lab measurements, and recordings shoppers can listen to, scored on the same protocol as the 100-plus devices already in our catalog.
- A place in the comparisons. Published devices appear in our best-of rankings, brand pages, and head-to-head comparisons, which is where buying decisions get made.
- Two fittings, included. We measure each pair at its initial fit and again after professional tuning, so shoppers see what it does out of the box and at its best.
- Reach beyond HearAdvisor. Finalized results may be shared with HearingTracker’s editorial team for their own independent analysis.

Good to know before you submit
Independence is the whole point. HearAdvisor decides the methods, the scoring, the conclusions, and whether and when to publish. Payment buys the evaluation work; it does not buy publication, a favorable score, a ranking, or an award. You can report documented factual or calculation errors, but there is no draft review, approval, or veto.
Fees are non-refundable if you withdraw or stop cooperating, if the devices have problems, if results are unfavorable or inconclusive, or if we do not publish. If HearAdvisor cancels for reasons unrelated to you or the devices, fees for unperformed work are refunded.
Timelines are estimates. This form does not accept embargoes; if you need one, a separate signed agreement must be in place before you ship. Badge licensing, confidential lab work, and any paid HearingTracker review are separate services.
