This Module provides the option to list modules you do not want to receive notifications about.
For example a module is no longer available because the creator has taken it off drupal.org and made it a paid private module. This will take time for you to go through and properly remove from the site. If you have security update notifications set to once a day you will get spammed about the module.
THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION and you should plan to remove or replace these modules.
