This module selects a configurable site language when the site is used through a command-line interface (CLI).

Use case:

  • When your default language isn't English and you'd like your cli output to be in English.
  • When your config is being exported in the wrong language

How to configure:

  • Go to the languages detection and selection page (admin/config/regional/language/detection)
  • For the interface text language detection, drag 'CLI language' to the top and enable it
  • Configure it by setting the language you want to export in
