Where can I find this feature? 

To use this feature, it is a requirement that your CIMB OCTO App are the latest version.

Here are the steps to find and use the Lock Clicks ID feature:

1. Login to CIMB OCTO App. 
2. Press ‘More’ on the bottom right of the Home Screen. 
3. Select ‘Clicks Profile’ under Services. 
4. Press ‘Proceed’ after confirming your correct SecureWord and entering your password to login. 
5. Select ‘Lock Clicks ID’ 
6. Press ‘Proceed’ to lock your CIMB Clicks ID. 
7. Press ‘Approve’ to approve the SecureTAC authentication. 
8. Your CIMB Clicks ID is successfully locked when you receive a notification and see the acknowledgement on screen. Press ‘Done’ to proceed. 
9. Press ‘Done’ after viewing the summary to end the session.
