Check out with Amazon Business

When you check out with Amazon Business, you benefit from some unique features.

Checkout features for Business customers:

  • Select a group: If you use groups, you can make purchases on behalf of them.
  • Send basket items to every address in the selected group: send an order to multiple addresses simultaneously.
  • Business order information:
    • Optional fields including PO number, GL code, Cost centre, Location, Department and Comments for approver.
    • If you enable approvals or reporting features, these fields will be displayed.
  • Payment methods: You can use individual and shared payment methods on your business account. Use individual payment methods to redeem gift cards or vouchers in an Amazon Business account. An administrator of the respective group must adjust this option from the Shared settings under the Business settings section.
  • For orders that require approval, Submit order for approval displays instead of Place your order.
  • If you exit the checkout process and return to it within 15 minutes, you can resume from your last completed step.

Review your order:

  • You can change the delivery address or payment method.
  • If your group uses individual payment methods and delivery addresses, you can add an additional payment method or delivery address.
  • You can verify or change the purchase order number and delivery option.

When you place an order, a new page will display an order confirmation message. You'll also receive a confirmation email and more order status updates.
