Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

iPhone 18 pro max 2tb glacier
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 September 2026Was a bit skeptical with ordering from Amazon as the driver or warehouse team stole my phone and delivered an empty package, a few years ago this happened.
Bit the bullet by ordering and Amazon must’ve changed their procedure as my delivery arrived properly sealed with another green sticker between the line to know if this has been tampered with. The delivery arrived on time however, I ordered the phone and case and the driver tried to just deliver my case until I mentioned another delivery which he acted surprised lol
I’m glad I went with Glacier. Not a single mark on the phone so I’m lucky to have received a good batch. The phone has worked flawlessly and definitely recommend if you’re in need of an upgrade!
Thank you!

Apple Has Made the Rectangle Better Again.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 September 2026The iPhone 18 Pro Max is very much the annual Apple experience: you pick it up, immediately recognise exactly what it is, and then spend the next few days noticing that nearly everything has been made slightly better, faster, cleverer or more excessive.
The biggest thing about it is, quite literally, the biggest thing about it. The 6.9-inch display is enormous, and the whole phone is 163.4mm tall and weighs 249g. This is not a discreet little handset. This is a pocket television with Face ID. If you have small hands, prepare for a two-handed relationship. If you have small pockets, prepare for negotiations.
That said, the screen is superb. ProMotion up to 120Hz keeps everything looking fluid, OLED contrast remains excellent, and the sheer size makes video, editing, gaming and reading genuinely enjoyable. This is where the Max earns its keep. If you consume a lot of content on your phone, the extra screen space stops feeling indulgent and starts feeling useful.
Performance is unsurprisingly ridiculous. The A20 Pro chip is built for sustained performance, gaming and heavier AI workloads, helped by a new vapour-cooling system. In normal use it feels instant, but we are now firmly in the territory of using supercomputer-level hardware to open WhatsApp and check the weather.
The camera system is where the upgrade feels most substantial. The 48MP main camera now has variable aperture which gives far more control over low-light performance and depth of field. There is also 4x telephoto and an 8x optical-quality option, and the results are excellent.
For most people, the phone has now crossed into the territory where the camera is no longer just “good for a phone”; it is simply a very capable camera that happens to receive calls.
Battery life is another major strength. Apple rates the Pro Max for up to 43 hours of video playback, and the larger body finally feels justified beyond simply giving the display more room to stretch its legs.
The new Burgundy finish is also surprisingly good. It is distinctive without becoming loud, and it suits the more serious Pro design better than another year of slightly different grey pretending to be a colour.
There are obvious downsides. It is huge. It is heavy. At £1,899 for the 1TB version, it is also priced like a respectable used car from a decade ago. And if you already own a recent Pro Max, this is still evolutionary rather than revolutionary.
You are not going to switch it on and discover Apple has reinvented communication.
You are going to discover that the same familiar rectangle now has a better camera, more power, longer battery life, a brighter display and enough storage to preserve the digital history of a small country.
It is excessive, expensive and very, very good.
Which, at this point, is basically the Pro Max job description.

iPhone 18 Pro Max: Is the Premium Still Justified?
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 September 2026The iPhone 18 Pro Max is undoubtedly a highly capable device, but its price point feels disproportionately high compared with the actual hardware and performance improvements. The incremental gains in processing power, camera performance, display technology and battery efficiency don’t seem sufficient to justify such a significant premium over the previous generation.
