We bill through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider used by many companies like ours. All payments are made by credit or debit card. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe and never touch our servers. We currently accept ten currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, HKD, CAD, SGD, and ZAR. We set your default currency based on your location so prices make sense for you, but you can switch to another currency if you prefer. Stripe handles security from end to end with industry standard PCI DSS compliance and support for Strong Customer Authentication where required. We also support 3D Secure when your bank asks for it. You receive an invoice and email receipt for every payment. The invoice shows the currency used and any taxes so finance and VAT reclaim are straightforward. If your bank charges a small international or conversion fee, that comes from your bank, not from us. Prices are locked in the currency you choose at checkout, and renewals bill in the same currency. If you need to pay in a currency not listed or have a card issue, contact us and we will help you quickly. For Enterprise plans you can also pay directly after receiving an invoice.

No. There are no hidden charges. You pay the price shown on your plan, plus VAT or local taxes where required. That is all. We never add setup fees, support fees, cancellation fees, or surprise add-ons at checkout. You will always see the full total before you pay. Your bank may add a small currency conversion or international fee. We do not control or collect this. Every invoice shows the currency and any tax so you can reclaim VAT if you are eligible. Plans renew at the listed price. If we ever change prices, we will tell you in advance and give you time to review. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account. You receive a VAT invoice and receipt for every payment. Your full billing history is always available in your account.
