AOL Completes Purchase of Huffington Post
AOL Inc. said Monday it completed its $315 million acquisition of online news and commentary site the Huffington Post.
The deal, announced in February, is an attempt by AOL to turn around its business with a strategy of becoming one of the top creators of news, entertainment and other digital content.
