You purchased a native static residential IP for the U.S. region from us. Afterward, you contacted customer support claiming that the IP was detected as a datacenter IP on five different platforms. However, our test on ping0.cc showed it as a native residential IP. We therefore requested you to provide the names of those five platforms, but you refused to cooperate. Despite this, we still replaced your IP with a new one. According to our refund policy, non-connectivity issues are not eligible for refunds. Both the IP you originally purchased and the replacement IP we provided functioned properly in terms of connectivity and IP quality. Our customer support team maintained a customer-first attitude throughout and communicated with you in a friendly manner, ultimately granting your refund request. However, your review completely deviates from the facts and appears to be a deliberate attempt to discredit our service. To this day, we have not been informed of which "five platforms" you referred to, all claims were made solely based on your unsubstantiated statements.

Sir, I am equally disappointed. You requested the refund over the weekend, and our team processed it immediately on Monday. We kept you informed at every step of the refund process via email, and provided you with the bank confirmation screenshot on Tuesday. However, you continued to send dozens of emails daily, threatening us while ignoring our patient responses. Despite this, we still refunded your payment. Your $8 order was paid via credit card, and you should contact your card issuer to inquire about when the refund will be processed, as we have already completed the reversal. I hope you will approach this rationally, and I trust that others will judge this situation fairly.
