The future is shaped by purpose and the choices we make. Great to see more EY Shaper stories being shared - have you added yours? #WomenFastForward #Allin
I’ve been doing a bit of reflecting lately, and I’m feeling proud to call myself an EY Shaper of the Future. I joined EY back in 2006—almost 20 years ago—and my journey since then has been anything but linear. I’ve had the opportunity to work across external and internal communications, partnerships and events (including an unforgettable four-year chapter leading our Rio 2016 Olympic sponsorship), and today Talent and employer brand. Along the way, I traveled to amazing places, got married, became a parent to two incredible kids, joined nonprofit boards that mean a lot to me, left EY, started my own company… and eventually found my way back. Every step helped shape who I am today. I’m grateful for a career that’s allowed me to grow, pivot, take risks, and ultimately define success on my own terms. Being an EY Shaper is a reminder that leadership is about purpose, values, and the choices we make every day. I’m constantly inspired by my colleagues and the nearly 400,000 people across EY. I’m especially excited that our employer brand teams around the world will be sharing many more EY Shaper stories in the year ahead. There are so many worth telling—stay tuned. #TogetherAllIn #ShapeTheFutureWithConfidence
