Earlier in May we were thrilled to bring together our global Ethics and Compliance team in Friedrichshafen, Germany for a two day conference, where we focused on business context, transformation and strengthening collaboration. The conference was much more than just a gathering – it was a launch pad of learning, renewed energy and deeper connections. As a team we focused on understanding our role in our transformation journey throughout the group and within our own team, building stronger global connections as part of One GC and learning more about our Power Systems business. Thank you to Imogen Noons and Matthias Hille for hosting our conference and your engagement in our leadership discussion sessions. Also thank you to our keynote speakers Kathrin Aigner (Kathrin A.) and Dr. Thelse Godewerth and our presenters Denise Kurtulus, Tracy Leja and Joanne Walker. Your time and support were very much appreciated by the whole team. And also, a big thank you to our switch coaches (Flurina Ambuehl and Uta Bonnermann) for facilitating our conference, moderating leadership discussions and helping us connect as a global team through some energising team building exercises!
