Fabio De Bernardi shared thisI'm so glad the news is out and we can talk about this, because in my almost 10 years at Adverity I have never been as excited as now!Fabio De Bernardi shared thisToday, we're opening access to Adverity Atlas. Over the last few years, we've watched enterprise businesses invest heavily in AI while struggling to move beyond pilots and proofs of concept. Marketing data is complex. The same metric can exist under dozens of different names across platforms. Business rules, campaign objectives, attribution models, and reporting logic often live in people's heads rather than somewhere AI can consistently access and use. As a result, AI can produce answers that sound convincing while missing critical business context. Again and again, we saw the same problem: AI lacked the knowledge & context needed to interpret marketing data reliably. That’s why we created Adverity Atlas, the marketing knowledge layer for AI. Atlas sits on top of your warehouse and gives AI a governed understanding of your campaigns, KPIs, business rules, and data sources. Use it through the UI as an autonomous marketing analyst, or use it as the knowledge layer that powers your own AI tools and initiatives. We’ve spent more than a decade helping marketers build trusted data foundations with our best-in-class ETL offering - now renamed Adverity Connect. Our next step is giving AI a foundation it can reason from reliably, with Adverity Atlas We're excited to start working with customers and helping enterprise marketing teams trust their AI analytics. Fabio De Bernardi shared thisNearly every conversation I have with agencies and brands lands in the same place: clients want more from their marketing data and AI, and everyone's unsure how much of it they can actually trust. The businesses that get trusted, accurate AI insights right are the ones who'll turn all this potential into something that actually scales, rather than another round of pilots that stall. I think the industry needs a more honest conversation about what's working, what isn't, and what we collectively need to fix next. I'll be at our cabana at the Lions Beach House at Cannes all week pulling back the curtain on something exciting that's on the way. If you're thinking about where marketing data intelligence and AI takes your business, and/or your clients, let’s have a conversation. Book a slot in our cool, beachfront cabana by clicking the link in the comments.

Fabio De Bernardi posted thisThe everyday perils of letting AI take care of your 'admin': Partner's email: "Please also see the invite for our Monday evening partner dinner in Cannes" AI-canned answer: "Sorry I missed the dinner invite, I only just saw this! Hope it was a great evening." I didn't expect such poor suggestion. Sure, the AI could have missed crucial context (which we know is all important), but what if the guessing was based on today being Wednesday and the sentence referring to Monday... boy oh boy that was sloppy. Hopefully we are not putting humanity at risk for this level of slop. I don't know if this example goes down to the hallucination camp, but in my opinion it goes down to a different issue: AI always offers an answer, even when it shouldn't. In many cases AI is really transformational, while in others is a false economy... a tickbox companies have to tick not to feel left out. Auto suggestions for email replies feels like that to me most of the time. Maybe it works if you're in a different role / line of business, but for me it doesn't.

Fabio De Bernardi reacted on thisFabio De Bernardi reacted on thisAbsolutely love this quote. So relevant then, and arguably even more relevant today. "You can't buy your way past a context ceiling. At some point, you have to build the data, permissions, and operating model your agents depend on, and run them as one system." A powerful perspective from Gareth Osborne. Too many conversations about AI focus on the agents themselves. The real differentiator will be the quality of the data, governance, permissions, and operating model that sits beneath them. The organisations that win won't necessarily have the most AI. They'll have the best context and the foundations that support it: Worth the read: https://lnkd.in/dMNEz_neThe constraint is not your agents | WPP Enterprise SolutionsThe constraint is not your agents | WPP Enterprise Solutions

Fabio De Bernardi reacted on thisFabio De Bernardi reacted on thisI'm leaving LinkedIn! This is my last week in the business, most certainly not on the platform. 11+ years. 5 roles. No, didn’t get to C-level 🤓. But this company has given me so many learnings. It changed my life in many ways, and brought me people who made every experience real. Thank you... to all the customers, agencies (any OG agency champion on my feed, say hello), our sales houses, AdTech partners, and internal teams. The ones who've been so easy to collaborate with, and the ones where we hit a few bumps along the way. We made it work, we got s*** done, and we most certainly had fun. Achievements: plenty! I earned awards, even the MVP . I spoke on stages, made it to club and gained incredibly useful skills. Most importantly, I made friends for life. 11 years. A life chapter completed. Jobs come and go, but people stay. If I missed you in my video collage but you have an image, a memory to share, please do. Hoping to stay connected, reconnect, and keep leveraging the power of LinkedIn from outside the walls. But to my LinkedIn colleagues, please invite me for coffee ☕️ (will miss the barista, my security champs, and everyone in between).🩵

Fabio De Bernardi reacted on thisFabio De Bernardi reacted on thisToday, I'm very excited to announce that Amy Pritchard and myself are launching twenty10, with support from Michael Cross. Between us, that's more than 75 years in marketing analytics, mostly spent watching good analysis get agreed in a meeting and then quietly not change anything. The name comes from 20/10 vision which less than 1% of people have it naturally, sharp enough to read a line the standard chart calls perfect from twice the distance most of us need. That's the clarity we want our clients to see their own future with. We built twenty10 around real client pain points, not just the numbers. We work from inside the business, so implementation is part of the job, not an afterthought. Every output carries a recommended action and a way to track it through to the people who need to act on it. Four pillars sit underneath everything we build: ✅ Move Fast + Retain: updates in hours, owned by the client, not filed away with an agency. ✅ Trusted Models: one triangulated view across MMM, attribution and lift testing, not conflicting numbers from different sources. ✅ Profitable Growth: brand and performance properly balanced, proving the long-term case for brand instead of just the short-term uplift from performance. ✅ All Drivers: seeing the whole business clearly, promotions, price, media, new product development and distribution, feeding straight into forecasting and the P&L. twenty10.io is live today. If any of this sounds familiar or interesting, get in touch and we'll talk you through what we've built.

Sighted guide | My Guide program
Guide Dogs for the Blind
- Present 10 years 1 month
Social Services
I am a sighted guide for My Guide, a program run by Guide Dogs for the Blind. In this capacity I work with a visually impaired partner with the goal of facilitating their being independent as well as growing confidence, wellbeing and the ability to participate in more community activities.
It is a wonderfully inspiring experience to support people who don't have a guide dog and need a little help to navigate through our city streets and be able to perform the activities we all enjoy.

A wise man once said, “Voice AI lets professionals focus on what they’re trained for.” – Martin Taylor And he couldn’t be more right. In so many industries, professionals spend hours doing repetitive communication tasks, answering basic customer questions, confirming appointments, following up on leads. Voice AI is changing that: It’s taking over the repetitive, time-consuming calls so humans can focus on what they do best, solving complex problems, building relationships and driving real impact. At Olimi AI, that’s exactly what we’re helping businesses across the region do: Automate their inbound and outbound calls, in Arabic, so their teams can focus on meaningful work that moves the business forward.

Most Agency Founders think seriously about technology later than they should. The agencies that scale fastest see it differently. Technology isn’t something you bolt-on as you grow - It’s what enables growth. A few takeaways from a recent panel with three founders who built, scaled and exited recruitment businesses: - Data is a strategic asset, not just reporting. - Replicability beats headcount. - Your tech stack is part of your value story. - Adoption matters more than choosing the “perfect” software. - Technology needs clear ownership. The biggest shift? Technology turns revenue driven by individuals into a business that is repeatable, measurable and defensible. https://lnkd.in/eCjtafv2

Optimise Sales: How AI Changes B2B Prospecting Strategy In my experience, leveraging AI in B2B prospecting is no longer just a trend; it's a game changer. At Virtual Sales Limited, we've seen firsthand how AI can reduce manual research time by up to 70%. This efficiency allows our teams to focus on what truly matters—building relationships and closing deals. When combined with human validation, we’re witnessing email response rates soar to between 8% and 12%. However, it’s crucial to remember that technology alone won’t drive success. Without proper human oversight, data integrity can suffer, leading to missed opportunities. One practical takeaway for anyone looking to enhance their prospecting strategy is to assess your current data hygiene before implementing any automated tools. Clean data is the backbone of effective AI prospecting. AI should be seen as an intelligent GPS for your pipeline—it provides direction, but it’s the human touch that steers the conversation towards success. How are you integrating AI into your sales process? 25+ Years Helping Technology Companies Generate Qualified Sales Meetings Every successful campaign starts with a conversation #B2BSales #Prospecting #ArtificialIntelligence #SalesStrategy #DataHygiene #OneStepCloser https://lnkd.in/e9mwbHRD

How to Get the Most Out of Your Online Marketplace Listing Expert insight for UK SMEs on maximizing visibility, engagement and sales At a time when digital channels are increasingly defining business success, online marketplaces have become essential tools for small and medium-sized enterprises to reach customers and increase revenue. For many SMEs, marketplaces offer a ready-made audience without the significant acquisition costs of standalone eCommerce sites, but the simple act of listing product categories is not enough to guarantee results....

For years, companies have tried to fit Client Sales into a neat box. Renewals. Expansion. Support. But the reality? There’s nothing more dynamic than a career working with customers. Post-sale isn’t one pipeline — it’s three happening at the same time: → Upsell & cross-sell → Retention & value reinforcement → Churn prevention Two of those rarely show up in traditional metrics. But they’re what actually make durable growth possible. The best client sales reps know when to lean into revenue and when to lean into trust. They know that long-term expansion is earned, not pushed. In this podcast episode, I share how we think about structuring our Client Sales motion at Brex — and the metrics that actually matter. And we’re hiring. If you’re excited by the idea of building a modern post-sale playbook — one that treats customer growth as both art and science — I’d love to talk. 🚀 Explore the role: https://lnkd.in/gZQGVKBz Come build with us.
