Assisting Corporate Knowledge Management: A Multilingual and Domainless Semi-Automatic Collaborative Tagging Approach
Journal of Web Engineering

Despite of automatic, social and collaborative tagging techniques have been the topic of certain number of recent studies, in the meantime, multilingual tagging techniques has been poorly noticed. The present paper introduces a multilingual hybrid methodology to automatically deploy and combine collaborative tagging techniques based on user-behaviour and well-known recommendation algorithms to name a few. A reference implementation called ACOTA (Automatic Collaborative Tagging) is also outlined in order to demonstrate the novel recommendation capabilities of this approach with the aim of assisting both expert and non-expert users when multilingual resource tagging is required. Finally a quantitative researchstudy in the context of corporate knowledge management is also presented to evaluate and assess the goodness and accuracy of the methodology to minimize the effort of multilingual document categorization.

Computex & Computex Validation Service
Computex (Computing Statistical Indexes) can be seen as an extension of RDF Data Cube vocabulary to handle statistical indexes. Every Computex data will also be RDF Data Cube Data, although it can contain further declarations specific for statistical indexes.
We have developed a Computex Validation Service (http://computex.herokuapp.com) which can validate both Computex and RDF Data Cube vocabularies.Other creatorsSee project -
The Web Index
WESO, as partner of the Word Wide Foundation, takes part in the Web Index project, assisting with the linked data and constructed the semantic web data endpoint for the Web Index as well as visualizations for this data.

acota
ACOTA (Automatic Collaborative Tagging) is a Java-based library for suggesting tags in a collaborative and automatic way. It is comprised by the next sub-projects:
- acota-seed is the starting point for all the ACOTA Projects. It includes a set of classes and interfaces required by other ACOTA projects.
- acota-core includes a set of Enhancers which employs technologies such as Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and queries to popular folksonomies and ontologies.

- acota-feedback includes an Enhancer powered by machine-learning techniques. It supports MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB as persistent systems.
- acota-utils is an auto-configurable module for acota-core. It encapsulates all the external files required for a proper set-up. -
