I was lucky enough to attend a networking event at The University of Sheffield last week as an alumna, speaking with MSc Business and Organisational Psychology students about my career journey (and my almost 14 years at Work Psychology Group!). It was so refreshing connect and to hear about their ambitions and what’s getting them excited - a great reminder of the passion coming through into the profession. For those early in their careers: keep asking questions, stay curious, and take every opportunity to connect - it really does make a difference. Thanks to Dr Cristian Vasquez, Sarah Stanley and Caroline Mailer for the invite!
