Rami Awada from Which Wich UK emphasised the importance of consistency - not just in the brand, but in how you operate and train people. Jonathan Coxon at OAKBERRY UK on why centralised systems matter - and why it’s time to move on from paper. Shania Flor from CUPP reinforced that same point - 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 in training is key. Lore Anderson from OAKBERRY UK said it best - don’t let every location do its own thing and try to figure it out as they go! And a special shoutout to Senna Collie-van de Langenberg - definitely the youngest and one of the most impressive founders in the room. Just 13 years old, and already CEO and founder of up-and-coming family-run QSR brand Skewers and Saus. Senna called out personalised training as a huge win for the next generation!
