🇮🇳 Wrapping up our IWD 2026 celebrations, we hosted Tide Talks: Give to Gain in India for the very first time and honestly, it felt special from the moment it began. Women entrepreneurs from finance, handloom industry, freelance consultants, medical, wellness and more joined. Different journeys and stages - but a shared intent to learn and support each other through open conversations, and a willingness to help one another grow. Anna Roy, our keynote speaker, shared a simple roadmap for building a business Iccha Shakti (motivation), Gyan Shakti (knowledge), and Karma Shakti motivation (action). 🇩🇪 The best way to build for SMEs is to keep their reality front and centre. For International Women’s Day, Tideans in Berlin got together for brunch to talk about what it really takes to build a business in Germany today, especially for women founders. More women are starting companies than ever, but many of the obstacles have not moved much. The funding gap is still there. The bureaucracy is still heavy. And the pressure of keeping a business running while protecting your work-life balance is constant. These are the kinds of conversations that matter across Tide.
