We're excited to share that work will begin next week on the £28 million transformation of Huddersfield Bus Station in partnership with West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Kirklees Council. Building on our successful delivery of the award-winning Halifax Bus Station and ongoing project transforming Dewsbury Bus Station, Huddersfield Bus Station marks our third transport project for West Yorkshire Combined Authority. Procured via the SCAPE framework, our transport and town-centre regeneration experts are delivering a new bus station that will provide passengers with a modern hub which is more welcoming, accessible and energy efficient. The revamped station will be part of the Weaver Network, West Yorkshire's new, integrated transport network making it easier to travel across the region. #TeamSCAPE

Celebrating 20 Years of SCAPE 🎉 Over the past two decades, we’ve been proud to deliver projects that leave a lasting impact on communities including the transformation of the Paxton Suite in Buxton for High Peak Borough Council. This £2.1 million redevelopment turned a dated and underused space into a vibrant 462-seat arts centre, featuring: ✔️ A 369-seat Main Auditorium ✔️ A 93-seat Studio Theatre ✔️ Refurbished public facilities ✔️ Improved accessibility with new lift installations ✔️ Restoration of original architectural features including the vaulted ceiling and balcony Blending heritage with modern performance technology, the project helped create an accessible and inspiring cultural destination for the community. "As well as providing a new, bigger and permanent home for these parts of our programme, the new Arts Centre will also be home to the majority of our children and young people's programme, both performance and participatory.” Andrew Aughton, Opera House Chief Executive #TeamSCAPE #SCAPE20 #HighPeakBoroughCouncil

Award season continues, and we’re delighted to be celebrating success in Wales and the South West. The recently completed Centre for Law and Social Sciences at Exeter College has been shortlisted in the Constructing Excellence South West Awards. Meanwhile, our Ty Darran Later Living project in Risca has been nominated for the Constructing Excellence in Wales Awards. Both projects were procured through SCAPE and have been recognised in the Integration and Collaborative Working category. The Centre for Law and Social Sciences at Exeter College has also been nominated for Education Project of the Year in the Michelmores Property Awards And we're incredibly proud that our Design Manager Izzy Edwards and Jenna Smith our Assistant Business Development Manager, have been shortlisted for the G4C Future Leader Award in the Constructing Excellence Awards in Wales and the South West, respectively. A fantastic achievement all round, and a real testament to the strength of our projects and teams.
