A big thank you to Housing All Australians for spotlighting RPS Senior Project Manager Hannah B. for her contribution to Wyn Carr House. This project shows the impact that’s possible when organisations bring their skills to a shared purpose, helping deliver safe, supported accommodation for older women experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. Through our pro bono project management support, we were pleased to help bring Wyn Carr House to life, and Hannah’s leadership has been central to that journey. Congratulations Hannah and thank you Housing All Australians for championing the people and partnerships helping deliver real outcomes in our communities.

Exciting milestone for Marinus Link and the communities of Tasmania and Victoria. The release of the Draft Community Benefits Sharing Framework (CBSF) for public exhibition marks a significant step forward in how major infrastructure projects can deliver meaningful, long-term value for the communities they impact. This framework sets a new benchmark, moving beyond traditional models toward a more transparent, structured and partnership-based approach to benefit sharing, grounded in local priorities and focused on enduring social, economic and environmental outcomes. At RPS, we’re incredibly proud to have supported Marinus Link throughout the engagement process and into the development of the CBSF. This work has been shaped through deep collaboration. Collaboration involving communities, Traditional Owners, government, industry and regional stakeholders to help define what meaningful benefit sharing looks like in practice. What stands out is not just the scale of the commitment, but the intent: ✔ embedding community voices from the outset ✔ aligning benefits with long-term regional priorities ✔ creating pathways for lasting impact beyond construction This is what genuine partnership looks like, and it’s exciting to see it now open for community feedback. Read the full insight on the RPS website to explore how community benefit sharing is evolving in major infrastructure: https://lnkd.in/dt4hW9sB Congratulations to the Marinus Link team and all involved in reaching this milestone. We look forward to continuing to support the journey as the framework evolves and is brought to life. We’re proud to partner with Housing All Australians and Uniting WA in celebrating the opening of Wyn Carr House, a supported transitional accommodation for older women experiencing or at risk of homelessness. When we were approached to join the project and supply pro-bono project management services, it was an easy yes. Contributing to this project was an extremely rewarding experience. The private sector has an important role to play in Australia's housing crisis, and we're proud to play our part in the solution. Wyn Carr House reflects the impact that can be achieved when we all work together with a shared purpose, public and private sectors alike. It was an honour to join forces with other value-aligned private sector organisations and make such a tangible impact on our community. Because we believe in #HousingAllAustralians - do you?
