Great to see so many colleagues across RiskSTOP Group Ltd attending today’s Unconscious Bias session and getting involved in such important conversations. The level of engagement throughout really showed how valuable and thought-provoking the discussion was. A huge thank you to Buki Mosaku for delivering such an impactful session, and to Natalie Joyce for organising👏 Also… after today’s discussion, who’s now tempted to rewatch The Karate Kid? 🥋 Are you Team original Karate Kid or the newer version? 👀
If you’re considering running a session on Unconscious Bias in the workplace, I highly recommend Buki Mosaku. Today, Buki joined more than 100 colleagues across RiskSTOP Group Ltd on Teams to deliver a brilliant session on tackling the difficult and often charged issues surrounding workplace bias and its impact on career progression. He’s an incredible speaker and the engagement from the team was fantastic, with really positive feedback coming through afterwards.

🌟 Abbie and Natalie had a rewarding day at Futures with Autism Unlimited! These sessions give learners the chance to practice professional communication and receive real-world feedback. It’s fantastic to hear about the progress each student has made since their last session.
Another rewarding day spent with RiskSTOP Group Ltd's charity partner Autism Unlimited. Abbie Davis and I had the pleasure of returning to Futures, where we carried out mock interviews with some of the learners and shared a session on preparing for job applications and interviews. Thank you to Angie Lawrence for the hospitality once again. It is always a pleasure to spend time with the learners.

Understanding your carbon footprint is the first step to reducing it. RiskSTOP Group has taken an important step forward in its sustainability journey by completing our first full emissions report, developed with Green Futures Solutions (University of Exeter). The findings provide new insight into where emissions occur across the organisation and where meaningful change can happen. These insights will help shape how we make decisions, work with partners, and continue building a measured approach to decarbonisation. Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/ei7kGQdX

A year of teamwork. A year of impact. 💙 Autism Unlimited have created this incredible “A Year in Partnership” photobook to celebrate what we’ve achieved together across 2024–2025 — from employability support and awareness events to fundraising and volunteering. We’re proud that RiskSTOP Group colleagues helped raise valuable funds, and a huge thanks too to The Ardonagh Group, for backing this partnership, including supporting neurodiversity training and matched fundraising. Here’s to continuing the journey.
