  • “Companies that have aggressively embraced programs to enable businesspeople to create and enhance applications are seeing impacts in the millions of dollars.” — Forrester   In its 2026 report, “𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘐𝘴 𝘈𝘯 𝘈𝘱𝘱 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘈𝘱𝘱 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴,” Forrester analysts Ken Parmelee and Chris Gardner, along with contributors Caroline Bonde and Kara Hartig, explore how AI-powered application generation is transforming software development from a specialized skill into a business capability accessible across the enterprise.   At Quickbase, we see this shift happening every day as customers empower teams closest to the work to solve problems, automate processes, and drive operational impact faster. It’s why we created Pave, Quickbase’s vibecoding experience, which doesn’t stop at the prototype, but empowers users to design ready-to-use applications with governance and security built in.   Access the report: https://lnkd.in/dpNY7Qq2   #Quickbase #Pave #Forrester #AI #AppGeneration #VibeCoding

  • "Catching issues earlier and documenting them more reliably at the source means fewer failed inspections, fewer repeat visits, and fewer minor problems turning into major ones.” In our latest blog, we break down why traditional photo documentation is broken and how AI Photo Insights for FastField, Inc. helps teams turn field photos into structured, actionable findings in real time. Three ways AI Photo Insights helps: 1. Catch defects and hazards earlier 2. Create more consistent compliance documentation 3. • That's a wrap for #Empower26! Over the past few days, builders, operators, innovators, customers, and partners came together to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and explore the future of work in the age of AI. Organizations are moving beyond hype and experimentation. They’re focused on how to operationalize AI responsibly with governance, trust, security, and real business value at the center. Across keynote sessions, workshops, panels, and hallway conversations, some key themes emerged: • Innovation works best when it’s human-centered • Speed matters — but so do governance and trust • Operational expertise is more valuable than ever • The best solutions come from the people closest to the work From conversations about intelligent orchestration and AI-powered operations to the launch of Pave, the energy at Empower reflected something bigger than product innovation alone. There’s a real shift happening. Teams are learning faster, experimenting more, reimagining workflows instead of simply digitizing them, and realizing that the gap between an idea and a working solution is shrinking. Even more inspiring than the technology were the conversations and this incredible community. The collaboration between customers and partners. The willingness to share lessons learned, solve problems together, and help each other build what comes next. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Houston and helped make it such a memorable week. The breakthroughs are just getting started. #Quickbase #BuildYourBreakthrough

  • “The future of work is a new orchestration between people, processes, systems, and agents.” Marcus Torres, David Gawlowski, Isaac Sacolick, and Adam Brand came together for a panel discussion during the closing keynote at Empower, where they discussed the real-world challenges and opportunities of responsible AI adoption. From balancing innovation with governance to managing data integrity, cost, security, and organizational change, the conversation centered on a simple truth: successful AI adoption is as much about people and trust as it is about technology. A few best practices that emerged: • Create safe spaces for experimentation • Build guardrails without slowing innovation • Focus on operational context, not just AI hype • Lead teams with empathy through change The future of work won’t just be about faster tools, but about intelligently orchestrating people, processes, systems, and AI together in ways that are scalable, trusted, and grounded in real operational needs. #Quickbase #BuildYourBreakthrough

  • “Healthy governance doesn’t feel ‘locked.’ If governance feels too heavy or rigid, people turn back to spreadsheets again.” Nichole B., Josh Miller, Laura Natal, and Emi Gwin took to the stage at #Empower26 to share practical lessons from managing governance at scale. In the panel "Utilizing the Governance Core Apps for Security, Scale, and Clarity," they highlighted improving visibility into app ownership and access, reducing app sprawl, and creating governance models that empower builders instead of slowing them down. One theme stood out across the conversation: the best governance strategies aren’t reactive roadblocks, but rather proactive frameworks that help teams move faster with confidence. Strong governance and innovation don't need to compete, but rather work together as they scale. #Quickbase #BuildYourBreakthrough

  • “It’s great to be able to empower our field to take more ownership.” At #Empower26, Jeff Stay and Adam Lathrop shared how organizations are using FastField, Inc. and Quickbase to make frontline operations more connected, efficient, and intelligent. With new capabilities like AI Photo Insights, AI Label Scanner, smarter scheduling, and real-time visibility into assets and teams, businesses are reducing manual work, improving data quality, and helping field teams focus on what matters most. One standout takeaway: empowering frontline teams with the right tools doesn’t just improve workflows, it creates more ownership, faster response times, safer worksites, and better operational outcomes across the business. Operational excellence doesn’t stop at the office; it happens everywhere work gets done. Learn more about FastField capabilities: https://lnkd.in/dd4i-jUv #Quickbase #BuildYourBreakthrough

  • “Speed and simplicity — two words that seem to be a rare thing these days… The power of moving all those items to be in the right place at the right time to get that therapy is so important. Why? Those patients are waiting.” - Mark Corradi at Empower26 In an impactful presentation during the opening keynote at Empower, Mark P. Corradi and Anitha Gunasekaran shared how operational innovation can directly impact patient outcomes. Their work supporting CAR-T therapies requires extraordinary precision, coordinating patient-specific materials, manufacturing, logistics, compliance, and critical workflows across the business. Through a deep partnership between IT, the business, and Quickbase, they’ve built systems that help teams move faster while staying secure and scalable. Their story was a reminder that operational excellence isn’t just about efficiency. In some industries, it can change lives. Thank you, Mark and Anitha, for sharing what’s possible when trust, partnership, and innovation come together. #Quickbase #Empower26 #BuildYourBreakthrough
