I like to say #AeriesCon is like nothing you've ever seen. Hugs, high fives, smiles, tears (and not just from me, I promise). It's the 'event of the year' where our entire Community can come together to talk all things #Aeries. You can't force the idea or feeling of community, but I'd like to believe we've done a pretty great job of it here at Aeries. Our users are actually eager to share, grow, poke holes, question, and challenge us year-round. But being face-to-face in Monterey was truly the icing on the cake. It was a joy to traverse through the conference and hear from our users: what makes them tick, what they're looking forward to, and what they want to see. From the MarComms perspective, it was like drinking out of the firehouse but like, actually really, really enjoying it. :') If you've never been to an AeriesCon, take a peek at this video. Then, multiply the energy and excitement by about 1,000...and then maaaaaybe you'll have an idea of what you missed out on. ;) It really is a joy to be a part of the incredible AeriesCon Committee and play a role in bringing this magic to life. ✨ Here's to the next one!

Did you hear? An exciting update to the #Aeries Transcript GPA Calculation Page & Report is here! 📚 This enhancement provides a dedicated page displaying a student's transcript of courses with a detailed breakdown of how each grade contributes to the overall GPA - exactly as calculated by the Aeries Built-In GPAs. If a course is not included in the GPA calculation, the reason why is also stated. This enhancement is designed to save time for school staff by making GPA logic transparent and easy to follow. Most importantly, it supports student success by safeguarding the accuracy of transcripts - an essential, permanent record in every student's academic journey. This enhancement provides a tool to Counselors to assist them in verifying GPAs quicker and provides data on why certain grades were not included in the GPA calculation so they can have pointed reasons to investigate. This ultimately ensures GPA accuracy for students, which affects many things such as graduation ranks, scholarships, and college admissions. After months of planning, AeriesCon 2026 has now come and gone, and I’m still reflecting on what an incredible week it was in Monterey. Welcoming more than 1,500 school and district staff, our Aeries staff, and sponsors from across the Aeries community made this our largest AeriesCon yet. There’s something special about gathering people who care deeply about supporting schools and students, and Monterey turned out to be the perfect backdrop for those conversations. From inspiring sessions and a powerful keynote from George Couros to a truly magical evening together at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the entire week was filled with moments that reminded us why this community matters so much. We absolutely loved hosting AeriesCon by the bay. A huge part of that experience came from the team behind the scenes. Leslie Stawarz, Natasha Perera, MCM, Kirsten Bumgarner, and Dimithri Perera poured their creativity, energy, and heart into every detail, creating a truly immersive, ocean-inspired experience for our attendees. From the big moments to the smallest touches, they made the entire week feel seamless. I’m incredibly proud of this team and grateful to everyone who joined us in Monterey. Thank you for bringing the conversations, ideas, energy, and community that make AeriesCon so special.
