Two years ago today, we launched the Nscale platform. Since then: the largest Series B and Series C in European history. Data centers powering compute for our customers, and in the pipeline across the globe, from Norway to Portugal to the US and beyond. An AI campus in West Virginia, the first state-certified AI microgrid in the US with a power runway scalable to over 8GW. And partnerships with some of the most consequential companies in AI. This is the Fourth Industrial Revolution. And it demands infrastructure built from the ground up: energy, data centers, compute, and software, unified under one roof, delivered at massive scale. Production-scale AI workloads put heavy demands on infrastructure. Kubernetes wasn't designed for this. When topology is wrong, performance collapses. This morning, Nscale hosted its largest Women at Nscale event, bringing together team members across the business for an open discussion on leadership, growth, and the future of tech. Led by four members of our senior leadership team, Nidhi Chappell; Alice Takhtajan; Phoebee Gahan; and Lauren R Hurwitz, one moment that stayed with us: Phoebee recalled a day earlier in her career when she was the only woman in a 40-person leadership offsite from 7:30am to 10pm. At the end of the night, a colleague tapped her on the shoulder and asked if she'd noticed there were no other women in attendance. She told him that even if he hadn’t, she’d been acutely aware since the moment she walked in. She left that day with a commitment: the next offsite would have other women in the room. Thank you to those who attended, events like this are integral to how Nscale is building its culture intentionally.
