Awareness isn’t the problem anymore. Workplace design is. Because if awareness was enough, we wouldn’t still see autistic employees: - Unable to disclose - Struggling to access consistent support - Working in environments that actively work against them The issue isn’t intent. It’s how organisations are built. Autistic individuals bring valuable strengths. But those strengths can’t surface in systems that weren’t designed to support them. Inclusion isn’t a statement. It’s a structure. Inclusion doesn’t happen through policies alone. It happens through systems, capability, and design.
