    She's 38. Trying for a baby for two years. Nobody at work knows. He's 45. Exhausted, low mood, not sleeping. He'll push through. He always does. She's mid-40s. One of your best. Quietly stepping back from projects she would have led six months ago. He's a new dad. Back at his desk. Running on three hours sleep and a slow panic about everything. She's 32.     Menopause support just got a lot harder to ignore. 💬 For the first time, the Employment Rights Act 2025 turns menopause support from a 'nice to have' into a legal obligation, with real accountability attached. Our CEO Dr Mridula Pore shared her expertise with Vitality on what Menopause Action Plans should look like for employers with over 250 employees.     Taking action for our people: Introducing the Peppy Mental Health ERG 🧠 This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is "Take Action," and we are proud to share a major step we took at the beginning of 2026: the official launch of our own internal Peppy Mental Health Employee Resource Group (ERG). While Peppy has always been rooted in support, the formalisation of this ERG was spearheaded by our colleague Kaela Griswold, MSc, who identified the need for a formal space and leveraged her experience as a mental health advocate and previous ERG lead to bring it to life. Data from over 1,300 employees about how menstrual health is affecting women at work every single day. 73% say their periods interfere with everyday activities.
