A massive thank you to everyone for your incredible support! 🙏✨ A special shoutout to Dan Payton and Wayne Tew-cragg from Total Security Protection Ltd, who generously donated a huge number of toys for families in need 🎁❤️ we are truly grateful. We met with them this week as we continue negotiating a large industrial facility together, another great example of our strong and growing partnership. We currently have four live projects together: three in design ✏️ and one in negotiation 🤝 Now for the heartwarming news! We’ve successfully supported 20 families by helping fulfil their Christmas wishes 🎄💫. The donations are on their way today to Operation Community Hamper, and none of this would have been possible without your kindness. Thank you all for contributing to such an amazing cause ❤️🙌

🌟 Team Member Weekly Spotlight🌟 By Mark Chadwick – Bid Division Manager It’s been a brilliant week full of progress, teamwork, and plenty of great conversations and we’ve decided to make these weekly reflections a regular thing to share insights, celebrate wins, and for you to stay connected with our team members. 💡 Highlights from Marks week: • Integrated our sales team into the bid management system — already seeing stronger collaboration and smoother workflows. • Caught up with suppliers in London to stay ahead of the latest product updates. • Increased customer engagement, leading to some genuinely insightful conversations and stronger relationships. 🎓 What I Learned: Bringing subject-matter experts into the process early is game-changing. Their input saves time, reduces stress, and keeps everything accurate from the start. 🤝 Collaboration Spotlight: Teamed up with our Key Account Manager, Jon Reed, to map out our 2026 events strategy. Excited to share that we’ll be at the Bristol Business Show on 3rd December — if you’re attending, come say hello! 🧩 Challenges & Wins: Juggling overlapping bid deadlines was no small task, but we tackled it by reshuffling priorities, sharing workloads, and tightening internal checkpoints. A great example of what solid teamwork can achieve. 🎯 Goals for Next Week: • Finalise and submit a datacenter bid with aligned input from all teams • Start shaping our bid strategy for 2026 • Streamline the internal review process with a new checklist to improve speed and quality Looking forward to sharing more of these weekly reflections and continuing to celebrate what our team achieves together. 🚀

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 ✍️📘 It’s been a while. Now that Maija Smith has taken over the LinkedIn content (and is doing a far better job than I ever did) my diary has been pushed to a monthly update. Probably for the best 😅 The last few weeks have been flat out. Manchester again for a run of events and a few new client meetings🤝 Some good projects coming from those.  There's also a photo of me making Mark Vinten look vertically challenged😂Please see below👇 Then down to London for the Total Security Protection Techday. A brilliant event and there will be plenty of photos and updates once the team has sorted through them 📸 We've also had a few local jobs which has kept my wife happy. Less time on the road, more time dealing with nappies 👶🍼 Most of my headspace is now on 2026. Forecasts, resource planning, growth plans, and the ongoing threat of a book deal. We've got a lot lined up for next year and we'll start sharing it soon. We've also launched our 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 🎄❤️ We want to support 20 families this Christmas. Any help is appreciated🙏 I'm supporting a family with three young boys, same as mine.
