Our data shows a consistent behavioural gap between managers and their teams. Managers skew 14% higher in Red energy and 11% higher in Yellow, pace, drive, persuasion. Teams skew 12% higher in Blue and 9% higher in Green, detail, consistency, unity. Both are essential.
