#MilitaryTransport: Airbus Defence and Space to expand A330 MRTT capacity. Airbus Defence and Space has announced plans to open a new A330 MRTT conversion centre at its San Pablo facility in Seville, Spain by the end of 2027. The facility, already home to A400M, C295, and CN235 Final Assembly Lines (FALs), will be used to increase output from five aircraft a year to seven to meet the growing customer demand. A team of top AI researchers at GE Aerospace’s Research Center in Upstate New York have created a new generative AI-powered app. The app has produced a preliminary design layout for a hypersonic ramjet engine in mere seconds, satisfying multiple mission requirements.
