Literally just sent a request to support, they just gave me some template letter and put the status of resolved. Although my problem is still not solved.

My documents have been “Under Review” since January 8, 2025 — more than 6 months.
I can receive money but still cannot withdraw.
No updates, no option to re-upload, and my support tickets were marked as “resolved” without action.
@Payoneer I submitted my documents in January. Support marked my case as "resolved" but nothing is fixed — documents are still under review, and I can’t withdraw. Twitter team sent me back to support, but support does not reply. Please escalate this. #Payoneer

I’ve been locked out of my KDP account for over a week due to 2FA issues — no SMS is being delivered.
I submitted a request to disable 2FA on July 10, but haven’t received any reply.
